from misery to mayhem

Suddenly there's no meaning to a life that you live.

You thought you had something in your grasp and it slips away like silk. There is no such thing as choice in this life. Apart from the minor happenings of where you get to choose which toothpaste you want to use every morning and night. The type of milkshake you like. The best fast food you think is to your appeal.

But as far as choices go in terms of choosing which way you want to go; there is no such thing. You either have to go one way or another. Much like a monopoly. Even when you're spoilt for choice. You still have to take a choice that you don't like. And it's tough luck whether you like it or not. Because you have no other way to go about it.

That's what life is all about, ladies and gentleman.

Nothing more. And, nothing less.

Why cram your style by doing everything the way you're supposed to? Why don't you overboard and do it with real style? Why don't you break every rule?

Because, you'll always end up like me .. now.

Someone kill me please.

ali, i don't know what you are going through, but man i hope when you come out of it, you are still standing.

When I see someone in this situation, i yearn to help them in any way possible.

What is the best course of action? How can you benefit from me the most? You have my support in any way. You can rant and scream and i'll take it all. This talk of doing harm to yourself or asking someone to do it to you, is a thought everyone possess at one point or another. I kinda flipped when i read that last part. You wish death on yourself, but clearly there are soo many people who want to see you alive. Ok yea things are rough right now, but If you are still alive than there is a reason you are still here. full fill it.

ahhh am i making any sense?

i agree with you that we can't choose every thing in life...we don't have the control over many things in our lives...as we don't choose who we are!..but we always can choose what we become... so why the despair brother?....life is too precious to be thrown away..

agreed there are certain issues that are byond us..but how to deal with these issues is all in our hand..the key word is being positive...try to deal with whatever comes in your path with a positive attitude ...

i believe that we have the freedom of choice on how to act...our actions are product of our own choices...it's all in our hand...accordingly we should choose wisely..so that we be winners in both this life and in hereafter..may Allah (swt) vanish all your pain and guide you..ameen

Life is a very precious thing. You can't just give up on life cuz u havent achieved something or u have lost something.Life has many obstacles, its hard,no doubt but its toughness makes us move forward and find out wats ahead.Maybe something really great might be waiting for u.No one can have the bestest of choices in life,u have to make the best out of the choice u make.

Keep hoping for the best and be positive. That is what life is all about.Noone's life is perfect and it cant be!!Have Faith in Allah. He definetely has something really great for u ahead.
Cuz after every sunset there is sunrise too!!:)

When God closes a door, somewhere, somehow, he opens a window.

Don't worry. I'm still standing. Thanks for your concern. I'll take your offer into consideration.

Andromeda:

Thank you for your wonderful words. I wish it were that easy, though.

I believe that despair is part of the process of human being's mental development cycle. Don't you?

emi chick:

believe me, if i wasn't as patient with what is going on with me i wouldn't have posted anything anymore and really taken my life away.

Yahya:

Very very very very very very very long story, dude. Thanks for your concern, though.

Sara:

I was positive all the way until that post. Then I just lost it. That's where positiveness got me to.

Wouldn't you think it's better to enter a house through it's door than it's window?
