what would you do?

If you were working at a job that you weren't convinced by and the only reason that you stuck by it was that you need the cash. What would you do?

On one hand, amongst other reasons that you aren't convinced by the job is that you're being tested over your energy bar levels and that somehow, no matter what you do, you don't get any appreciation whatsoever. Yet, when the slightest mistake is done you are pounded down like a dead roach.

But on the other hand, you need the cash because you have reached a stage whereby you can no longer take money from your family and hope to live on their hard earned dough.

And the situation isn't getting any better but you're trying to keep a smily face about it whenever you are asked about it.

What would you do?

Hang in there?

All work no play, makes Johnny one bad ass dude..

Been there, dude. And, yes, I did hang in there till I found another job. You say you hate your job? Well you've only been there a few months. It took me more than 2 years to get another job, but leaving and staying home was never an option. Not even for a split second. No matter how bad a job is. No matter how much you hate it or how much you think you are underappreciated or that you can do so much more elsewhere, or if you think you are worth much more than what you are being paid. NO matter all that, at least you're getting paid. And that beats having to ask anyone for money.

That's what I keep coming back to as a decision. It makes me so frustrated.

Muscati:

you hit it on the spot. It certainly beats staying at home and asking for money. Especially at my age.

Cheers, mate
