what good would it do?

I have been following up on the development on the Gonu affected cases and what is being done to lift the agony of the victims and their destroyed lands, houses and what not.

Now, let me put things in perspective here for you: all if not most of the construction vehicles are on full capacity work whether it be on the expansion of the current projects here in Muscat or they are working on some developmental project under the arms of the so-called private sector. And the government is handing out money to those who are in desperate need to rebuild whatever they lost. All fine and dandy. And yet, again, we are in shortage of raw materials of everything that is going on of projects and such.

So, the question, ideally, would be here: what good would the money do these victims if they can't get what they need mobilized?
